First Look: Giant Swan

Here are the stats Sean Holland worked up for the Giant Swan. I wanted to show off those intimidating wings.

I can already imagine laughs around the table as your druid is making intimidation checks as the giant swan.

We're not too far off from unlocking the Goodberry Tokens! if you can share the project it would totally help unlock that goal.

I wanted to share this little zine being Kickstarted that I'm backing. 100 never-before-seen magic items for 5e. What I love are the illustrations that accompany each item. As a realist painter of fantasy games, I can really appreciate drawing styles that seem 180 degrees from my own. And these hit that sweet spot.

The zine will come in either PDF or printed format. With a ton of extras in the PDF version. I love that each item will be able to be presented to players in its own little notecard-styled booklet. You can even download one for free!

And he even just posted a very topical staff for druids. Check this out.

I do hope something like this would be a cool addition to a campaign if you're a DM. Or maybe a gift to your favorite DM. 

First Look - Chameleon

Another great one from Sean Holland. The chameleon would indeed make a great scouting beast.

I opted to draw a veiled chameleon because it's pretty cool. I love the casques they grow on their heads.

 I hope you find a way to weave this little guy into a session or two.

Dungeon Co Dice Vault

Someone asked what dice vault I was using to prop up my wild shape cards. And if I would add it to the campaign or something. I am going with "or something" for now and share with you where I got mine so you can get one if you'd like. I got the Dungeons Box • Hero RPG Dice Vault. 

The magnets are strong to keep the lid closed. The lid doubles as a dice tray and is also lined with felt.

First Look - Minke Whale

Minke whales are capable of traveling long distances and prefer to flee rather than fight.

I think Sean Holland did a great job with this CR 2 Whale. Huge and speedy. I love the Strong Swimmer trait. 

I'll also be working on a full creature stat sheet that will be available in the PDFs if you wanted to have this whale as an addition to your bestiary.
